- Strengthening the research culture through faculty development, research grants, and publication support.

- Expansion of digital infrastructure, including high-speed internet, e-resources, and learning management systems (LMS).

- Strengthening the Career Counselling and Placement Cell to provide personalized guidance, internships, and job readiness programs.
